Preventive Maintenance (PM) for F-16

Upper Part:

1. Go to maintenance mode and take a print count
2. Then, Open cassette command
3. Remove power and communication cable of the journal printer, receipt printer, card reader and put them in safe place
4. Blow these devices properly and have to clean with soft cloth
5. Open the rear cover of ATM by Phillips
6. Before put down IPC, Remove USB, com port, RJ 45, VGA cable and other accessories connections
7. Now put down IPC and open the rear fan’s cover and blow it properly
8. Then blow the upper part of ATM specially where the fan is stayed
9. When IPC clean properly put in it proper position and connect all its cables properly.
10. Then close rear cover of ATM by Phillips.

Dispenser:

1. After open Vault Door pull dispenser forward and then power off the dispenser.
2. Take out the cassettes from the hopper and open all dispenser cover by T9, T20 when the dispenser is the in forward position.
3. After that open all NF & NQ cover in rear position and for clearing the jam remove NQ and ND
4. Then blow entire dispenser properly every where and be careful no dust in the sensor
5. Pull the BCU upward and clean all position by brush
6. Besides, clean bearing of NF, NQ, ND by brush
7. After cleaning NF, ND, NQ lock all its cover properly
8. Blow the inner part of cassettes and clean the surface with Brasso
9. Insert RV and power on the dispenser, keep it in mind before power on IPC connect key board
10. After ON IPC, terminate YDC then go to NMD100 Test software
11. Go to General test tab by giving password (YunTong2005) then to active security switch sequentially press RESET, OPEN and CLOSE
12. Then go to Configuration tab of NMD100 test, Set Reject calculation “0” and Note in single “100” by default
13. Clean BOU sensor by sprit
14. Insert cassette in proper hopper
15. For cleaning roller go to SERVICE tab and command NF1,NF2,NF3,NF4
16. Again remove the cassette and clean the roller of NF1,NF2,NF3,NF4 by sprit
17. Now check the NS Motor and RV SR Motor from service tab
18. Check the BCU position from service tab
19. Also check the To Reject and To Deliver in SP diverter from service tab
20. When all these check is completed then insert Taka in the cassettes
21. To dispense test insert cassette in specific hopper
22. After dispense test is completed then insert the dispense note (Taka) in specific cassette and again insert all cassette in proper hopper
23. Then, Finally RESET the system
24. Insert dispenser in the vault. Then clean the vault door with Brasso
25. Lock the vault door and clean entire ATM body with Brasso
26. RESTART the ATM from Maintenance Mode
27. After few minutes machine will go online and lock the safe door

Ø Finally finished the task by observing customer’s transaction
