How to troubleshoot cash settlement ?
1) The following description can only be applied for ATM with minimech dispenser.
2) Make clear the issue is shortage of cash or excess of cash
3) Check all the withdrawal transaction since the last replenish in the electronic journal one by one, take special notice of partial dispense or failure dispense, write down the counter one by one
4) Check all the withdrawal transaction since the last replenish in the switching system one by one, match each transaction with that in electronic journal, especially about reversal transaction, to see if any mistake.
