Preventive Maintenance (PM) for E22

UP-PART:-

1. Go to maintenance mode
2. Take a print count
3. Open note cassette
4. Shutdown PC
5. Off Main switch
6. Now go to the rear part, take out the journal printer, card reader, received printer sequentially and finally blow them properly and clean each ruler using cloth and sprite
7. Open the PC and blow it clearly and sincerely

Dispenser :-

1. Now go to dispenser
2. Take out all cassette and Reject Vault (RV) and clean outer surface with brassow and blow inner site and clean with brassow
3. Clean NF, NQ, NS and ND if have any jam, then Blow them properly.
4. Blow dispenser from all sites.
5. Clean BCU path with sprit.
6. Now reassemble journal printer, Card reader, and Received printer sequentially.
7. Power the system and go NMD-100 software and clean all Rulers of NF with sprite.
8. Now put the cassettes and RV in proper hopper.
9. Finally reset the system.
